While you are skiing or snowboarding, the animals that live next to the piste usually remain invisible. They are shy and avoid contact with humans. As winter is a more challenging time for wild animals, we ask you to respect their habitats.
Winter is a harsh time for animals: they need to find enough food and move around as little as possible so that they can use their energy reserves as sparingly as possible. Stress can be fatal for wild animals and can lead to damage in protected forests. It is therefore extremely important to leave wild animals areas to which they can retreat and where they can hibernate undisturbed.
