Andermatt Reuss Parking (year-round)
The Andermatt Reuss Parking garage is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and has monitored long-term parking spaces. Andermatt Reuss Parking is in addition accessible for people with mobility restrictions.

Andermatt Reuss Parking has 12 parking spaces for electric cars:

  • Charging stations for electric cars with an output of 22 KW/hour, CHF 9 per charge
  • Charging stations for electric cars with an output of 11 KW/hour, CHF 9 per charge

Payment options: by WiFi/QR code with credit card (all providers accepted) or by SMS (with Swisscom or Salt).

Outdoor car park P1/Feldküche (summy only)
The outdoor car park P1/Feldküche is located on the north side of the Andermatt railway station and ist thus just several minutes by foot from the Gütsch Express valley station. 

Payment options: Twint and Parkingpay. The barrier is no longer in operation.

Long Term Parking prohibited outside
During the winter months there are no public, long term, outside parking facilities available. Exceeding parking times or ignoring Night-Time Parking prohibitions will result in surcharges and “Night-Time” fines being raised.

Day-only parking facilities are available at the North Roundabout,(first roundabout at the entrance to the Ursern Valley and after the Schöllen Gorge) and includes parking availablity information (free/occupied).

OUTDOOR CAR PARKS

P1 and P2
The P1/Feldküche and P2 outdoor car parks are located on the north side of the Andermatt railway station and are thus just several minutes by foot from the Gütsch Express valley station. The parking fee can be paid contactless with TWINT or Parkingpay or at the parking meter with coins. Please note: parking at P2 is prohibited at night.

The Swiss House/Golf Course
The outdoor car park at The Swiss House offers direct access to the cross-country ski trails in winter and to the Andermatt Swiss Alps Golf Course in summer. The Swiss House can be reached using the bypass road. 

The parking fee can be paid contactless with TWINT or Parkingpay or at the parking meter with coins. Two charging stations with a total of 4 charging points for hybrid or electric vehicles are available. 

Please be aware that overnight parking is not allowed here.

Rossstall
The Rossstall outdoor car park is located above the Gütsch-Express valley station and is considered a daytime car park. Andermatt railway station and the Gütsch valley station are just a few minutes' walk away. The parking fee can be paid by EC or credit card, cash or by Parkingpay. Please be aware that overnight parking is not allowed here.

Gemsstock
The Gemsstock outdoor car park is located directly at the valley station of the Gemsstock cable car. The parking fee can only be paid in cash. Please be aware that overnight parking is not allowed here.

Railway station
There is an outdoor car park on the village side of the station. The parking fee can be paid in cash or by app (EASYPARK or Parking Pay). Please be aware that overnight parking is not allowed here.

Coop
There is an outdoor car park at the Coop. The parking fee can be paid in cash.

Village
In the village there is an outdoor car park behind the restaurant toutoune and Meyer's Sporthaus AG. The parking fee can be paid in cash. Please be aware that overnight parking is not allowed here.

Bäz
The Bäz outdoor car park will be opened as soon as all other car parks in Andermatt are fully occupied. To get from the Bäz car park to Andermatt railway station and the Gütsch Express valley station, a free shuttle service will be provided. From Andermatt station, the village bus can be used to the Gemsstockbahn. Please be aware that overnight parking is not allowed here.

Europaplatz, Göschenen
The outdoor car park Göschenen is located directly after the motorway exit Göschenen to Andermatt. This car park will be opened as soon as the car park in Andermatt is completely full. To get from the Göschenen car park to Andermatt station, a free shuttle service will be provided. If the Gotthard road from Göschenen to Andermatt is closed, the MGB will be used. Please be aware that overnight parking is not allowed here.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

It is possible to pay the parking fee contactless with TWINT or Parkingpay at many car parks (see individual car park descriptions above). The benefits of the app:

Night Time Parking Prohibitions from 24.00hrs to 06.30hrs

Existing 24 hour parking facilities can be found in the Andermatt Reuss Parking (year-round) and at the outdoor car park P1/Feldküche (summer). 

Exceeding parking times or ignoring Night-Time Parking Restrictions on other parking zones will result in surcharges and “Night-Time” fines being raised.

The following parking spaces are available for touring cars:

  • Short-term parking: Bahnhofplatz, at the rear of the station (for loading and unloading, max. 30 minutes).
  • Day parking: P2 car park

Access to these parking spaces is via the North roundabout (roundabout exit Radisson).

The public parking facilities are directly off the North Roundabout at the entrance to Andermatt and clearly marked. Parking is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (24/7) and offers modern, monitored parking places.

The Swiss House outdoor car park also has two stations with a total of four charging points for electric cars.

In addition, there are 2 charging stations for electric cars at the Hotel Crown (Important: only on advance notification/request at the hotel)
