With the new Japanese restaurant on the Gütsch, star chef Dietmar Sawyere is developing the unique concept of The Japanese into the highest Japanese restaurant in Switzerland. The menu is correspondingly sophisticated with the finest Japanese dishes such as Shidashi Bentō, Omakase, Kaiseki, Sushi and Tempura, which are freshly prepared at 2300 metres above sea level. The Japanese by The Chedi Andermatt is a hotspot for hikers, skiers and gourmets and invites you to culinary flights of fancy with views of the Gotthard, the Oberalp Pass and the Ursern Valley.
