The Badus Hut is located above Lake Toma (Lai da Tuma) at 2503 meters above sea level. It is open from July to September and can only be reached by foot and with good hiking equipment. The fastest approach is via Oberalp-Maighelstal-Tomasee-Badushütte, the hiking time takes about 2 hours.
For day guests, the menu includes simple specialties such as soups, cheese and salsiz plates.
For children there is a family climbing garden with easy climbing routes.
